E.ON contacted Awardit with the desire to create a concept to promote loyalty and trust by offering energy – saving products at favorable prices.

They needed a platform that would enable active loyalty building in a simple way for all customers.

Our solution

Awardit’s solution for E.ON resulted in the creation of a loyalty platform, E.ON Webshop, which was launched in the fall of 2013 and has since been integrated as an essential part of several steps in E.ON’s customer journey. Through this platform, E.ON can offer its customers energy-saving products at favorable prices, strengthening customer trust and loyalty towards the company. The platform also enables easy and accessible interaction for all customers, helping to meet E.ON’s need for active loyalty building.

E.ON has been using Awardit's services since 2013. The collaboration is evolving and expanding continuously as ideas and needs arise. We always turn to Awardit, which can usually deliver the solution requested. We see many positive effects in the collaboration with Awardit, both internally and externally. An important internal effect is that we find Awardit to be a great source of relief for our organization. We come up with ideas, and get help with a solution and the implementation.
