Awardit AB (publ) is one of Europe’s leading providers of loyalty programs, incentive programs, and gift card solutions. The company’s largest shareholder is Polaris Private Equity Fund V K/S (via Fayes Investeringar 1 AB). Awardit was listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market on December 5, 2017, and transferred its listing to the Nordic Growth Market SME on October 1, 2024. After Fayes Investeringar 1 AB gained control of more than 90% of the shares in Awardit AB, a decision was made to delist Awardit from the Nordic Growth Market SME. The last day of trading in Awardit’s shares on NGM Nordic SME was May 27, 2025. A compulsory redemption process concerning the remaining shares in the company is currently ongoing.
